The service
KeepWell organizes important dates, deadlines, and reminders for people, vehicles, homes, and other entities. It is an organizational tool. You remain responsible for checking official dates and completing the underlying actions.
Accounts and authentication
Sign in using Google or, on iOS, Sign in with Apple. Firebase Authentication supports account access. Keep your provider account secure and use the original sign-in provider when returning to KeepWell. An email match alone is not a recovery guarantee.
Eligibility
Eligibility requirements, including any minimum age and requirements for consent or legal capacity, must be approved before launch. This draft does not create an age restriction.
Your responsibilities and information
Enter accurate dates and information, keep them up to date, and check reminder preferences and device settings. KeepWell cannot verify that a date, reference number, note, or other information you enter is correct.
Only enter information you are entitled to use. Consider the privacy of other people whose information you record, and do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
Reminder limitations
Notifications are best-effort. Delivery and exact timing are not guaranteed. Device permissions, connectivity, platform delivery services, timezone settings, and other conditions may affect receipt.
Do not rely on a notification as the only way to track an important obligation. Independently check deadlines and allow enough time to take action.
Cloud synchronization and availability
KeepWell uses cloud synchronization and backend processing. Connectivity or service interruptions can delay access, synchronization, or reminders. This draft makes no uptime, uninterrupted-access, or delivery guarantee.
Free initial release
The owner has confirmed that the initial release is free. No subscription, purchase, cancellation-fee, or refund terms are established here. Any future change to pricing would need separate, clearly communicated terms and any consent required by law.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not use it to store unlawful content, impersonate someone, access another person’s account without authorization, bypass security measures, or interfere with the service. Respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property.
Intellectual property
KeepWell’s branding, interface, and software may be protected by intellectual-property law. Using the application does not transfer ownership of those materials. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights. Entering your information does not, by itself, transfer ownership of it to the operator.
Archiving and account deletion
Archiving retains records and is not permanent deletion. To delete an account, use application Settings, confirm the request, and complete fresh provider authentication. Accepted deletion blocks access; backend cleanup is asynchronous.
Deletion does not promise immediate erasure of every record, backup, or log. Review the Privacy Policy and Support page for further information.
Changes to the service and terms
Features and these terms may need to change. The final terms must explain how material changes or discontinuation will be communicated and preserve any notice and consumer protections required by applicable law.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
The service cannot guarantee that a reminder will prevent a missed deadline or resulting loss. Any limitation of liability must be permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these draft terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
The final scope of any liability limitation requires owner review; this draft sets no monetary cap or blanket exclusion.
Applicable law and disputes
No governing-law or dispute-resolution commitment has been approved. Applicable mandatory protections may depend on where you live. A final clause must be reviewed for global distribution and must not override mandatory consumer rights.
Operator and contact
KeepWell is operated by an individual. Final identification and working contact channels must be supplied in the contact section before these terms are published.
Contact and operator details
Some required operator or contact details are not yet configured. Only confirmed contacts are listed here. The missing details must be completed before public launch.
